  Being a local and having been to Travinia many times, I decided to take some family members here for the holiday weekend for cocktails and apps. Never sitting in outdoor area we decided beautiful day to try it. After being seated we noticed our outdoor log fire not on. Waiter came to table and I told him we were waiting for one more guest on the way and please light the fire. After guest arrived (5 min later) we never saw the waiter again. Had to go ask girl at bar for our waiter (total time was about 20min) The waiter (who clearly did not want to be working as it was Black Friday, however it was late afternoon, hardly customers there) took our order, again requested fire to be lit. Came back with food and on third comment finally lit the fire pit which apparently had been turned up to high because the flames shot up anyone reaching for a glass or food would have been burned. Aside from delivering our order never saw him again. Had to get up and go ask bartender for another drink. Now the food and drinks...paying $11 per drink I would expect a martini to be filled just short of the rim....mine wasn't even 3/4 and it was minimal quality at best. The Italian Nachos which were my favorite app are no longer..tasted like they came straight from a grease vat to the plate and to make it worse the food was cold. I was extremely disappointed. I don't mind paying (and believe me it wasn't cheap) but I don't like feeling like I have been ripped off. Not sure if I will go back but will never eat the Nachos again. (made me sick)

  Great customer service wonderful food my favorite appetizer crab cake you should try my family and I go there all the time i love the environment Cozy relax once again very great customer service we had nothing more than great experience..... 5 start
